iCloud shared Album, pictures are black for others

Anyone the Problem, that pictures in iCloud Sharing Folders not displayed for other members? A grey or black thumb, only. Sometimes a loading pie starts in lower right corner, but stuck before full.

On the device, where I shared the pictures, I can see all pictures in sharing folder.

The problem is with two different iPhone XS on newest iOS 15.1. I worked fine from the beginning of the year.

The Problem started early November and is sometimes there sometimes not.

40gb free iCloud space. 170gb free Phone space…

We see that you're having some trouble sharing things between devices. We'd be happy to look in to this with you.

Could you please confirm if this seemed to start randomly, or did it start after updating to the latest iOS version?

Does this happen when using Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both?

This info will help determine what may be happening here.

Unfortunately i solved the problem, that was the wrong button and I cannot undo it…

It start randomly. It seems like it is only on some pictures, mostly portrait.

If a picture is affected, it didn’t work on both phones and different folders.

I tried wifi and cellular 4G, both didn’t work
