Data recovery from a dead phone with no back up file
My iPhone 5s has been fallen and the motherboard has been damaged. The phone is dead. I have no back up. Can I somehow recover my data?

There are services that might be able to do temporary repairs. I can’t recommend any particular company here.
There are no guarantees, but many of these services don’t charge anything if they don’t recover data.

Look for a 3rd party vendor that can do board level soldering but how do you know that your motherboard failed? Sounds like someone did look at it. In many instances when that happens it makes it impossible to get anything from storage. Good luck and with your next phone do nightly iCloud backups.
No, not now. You need a functional device to make an iCloud or iTunes backup. As is always the case, now that disaster has happened, it’s too late to recover data.
