Recover data from iPhone

I have an iPhone SE (1st generation) and I’ve dropped it. The display now had dead pixels and touch screen is completely unresponsive. Any way to make a backup using iTunes without needing the touch screen?

how can i keep the data or back iphone when screen is black ? Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe it’s too late.
