Backup of an iPhone in iTunes

So, I bought an Iphone some months ago but suddenly the screen doesnt take any touch. I would need to take a backup of it on iTunes, so i could get it fixed. Id need to open the iPhone with code, but since it doesnt take any touch, how am i gonna do it?

Sorry about that.

In such a situation, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support or, even better, make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
