Initial I watch 7 setup stuck on sign in to account

I first made the mistake of updating the software when asked at the beginning of start up. I ended up in the same cycle described above cycling through the sign into account page. Eventually I reset the watch and skipped the update part and everything worked. Also during the install it asked if I wanted to perform automatic updates which I answered yes to once the watch was up and running I checked to see if the software was up to date and it apparently updated to the initialization phase.

So skip the initial update worked for me as well

Make sure you have it on your wrist in the start up process and skip the update part worked for me

My iPhone is stuck on signing into your account this may take a few minutes connecting to my Apple Watch I have iPhone 12 mine and Apple Watch series 7 the watch has been fully reset and my phone is running the latest iOS why is it taking so long doesn’t seem to be goin nowhere ????

Just got mine today and exact same problem !? … any solutions ?specifically for mini 12 also the reciever has issues
