unknown device on bluetooth

I noticed that something is attached to my Bluetooth and it doesn't have an i by it to check out what it is. There is no way to get it off my iPhone XR. I have all my devices named so this one is not mine. Any suggestions on getting it off? I tried everything people have said to try. Thanks

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Hey there discombobulator,

We understand you're seeing an unknown device in the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.

First, make sure your iPhone is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists after updating, do you have any accessories that have been set up with a companion app instead of through Settings, such as a locator, health accessory, or vehicle?

Thanks!
