My guess is that you are not really speaking about Magnifier. That appears on the screen with a settings bar beneath it. I suspect that you are referring to Zoom. If the iPhone is zoomed, then double-tap three fingers to turn off Zoom. You can also double-tap

and drag them to change Zoom. After you have gotten logged into the device, go to Settings>Accessibility>Zoom and turn it off. You may also wish to check to see what you have set for Accessibility Shortcut. Go to Settings>Accessibility, then under General look at Accessibility Shortcut. That is what happens when you tap the side button 3 times. If it is set to Zoom, set it to something else.

I have an icon on my phone that looks like a magnifying glass and has a plus sign in the middle of the magnifying glass. I accidentally touched it when I put my IPhone on the headboard when I went to bed. Come morning, I touch home to have my fingerprint log me in and it is still magnified/zoomed in so large that I cannot maneuver around in the normal manner to type in my passcode like it wants me to do now. I tried so many times that it told me I had to wait 15 minutes. Tried again with same results. I even asked Siri to turn it off and it told me that I had to log in first.
