How do I sign in to iCloud.com & click account settings

Go to iCloud.com/settings using an iPad or a computer and sign in with your Apple ID.

Scroll down to Advanced, and click on Restore Contacts

iCloud account I believe I have more than 1 account. For some odd reason I signed out of my account on my phone. When signing back in I used info from a very old iPad. Now all of my contacts are gone. Any help on finding out acct info?
