i cant purchase super mario run

Question

i have been trying for days and have had no luck it just gives me support code error 804-4116.

if there is a way for me to finish this i have the apple gift card funds, so if i can do this via email that would be great or here asap.

An online search suggests the following, which I suggest you try:

A four-year old Reddit post suggests making sure you've added the CVV number from the back of your credit/debit card to your payment details
sign out of the store and sign in again to see if that makes a difference
