Blocked Senders' emails are still coming into my Inbox

Blocked Senders’ emails are still coming into my Inbox. To answer any potential questions:

In Mail Preferences:

• Enable Junk Mail Filtering is NOT checked
• Enable Blocked Mail Filtering IS checked
  • Move it to Trash IS checked
