macOS monterey install checking null HELP

When I go to install the macOS Monterey, and after I agree to the terms, a loading bar pops up and gets stuck on "checking null"... Any solutions to this? I can't download a lot of apps I want to use on my Mac. Thank you for your time.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Is your MacBook Pro an early 2015 or newer model?

Do you have the original Apple hard drive in it or has it been replaced with a 3rd party SSD?

Do you have at least 50 GB of free space on your boot drive?

What happens when you try to download those apps?
