I'm trading in my MacBook Pro to Apple. I received my return box with a prepaid label and am ready to send it in. Do I need to send any type of paperwork with my trade in? Such as my name, address, etc.? I didn't receive any info. on this. Thanks.

Actually..... I talked to a specalist today and they explained that the return number is on the shipping label. Once scanned, Apple will have all my information. Thanks for your help.
