my phone wont restore

My phone screen consistently shows a black screen with writing: apple.com/iphone/restore

I've tried to restore and update multiple times, however it always brings me back the previous screen stated above. How do I resolve this problem?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Did you read the article at the top left of this thread?

Then get help, scroll down in that article & click contact Apple Support.
