I can not get my iphone to display restore screen

My screen is black and I have the apple symbol displayed but I can't get it to display the restore screen to connect to my laptop. I have tried numerous times to reset the phone but it stuck.

How do I fix my iPhone 11 Pro Max stuck on the restore screen? I own a IPhone 11 Pro Max and, after connecting to iTunes it automatically tried to update to the latest version update. I believe 18? However, the phone has now stuck on the restore screen and no matter what I try to do I cannot get it to work. It no longer is detected by iTunes or Apple Devices and will not factory reset.
