Rendering Software

I am a Landscape Designer, who is absolutely in love with my Mac. I am having the hardest time finding software that is compatible with my laptop. I am very impressed with Lumion and Vizterra but both only offer services to PC. Are there any other comparable programs or am I going to have to buy a (crappy) windows computer?
