Cellular update failure
Why does my iPhone 7S keep saying no service after trying to do an iOS cellular update that fails? It doesn’t actually fail because when you go into settings and check your iOS it does say it’s running off of 15.0.2 after the T-Mobile store completed the iOS update. My phone only worked for about a week after that was completed now it keeps trying to do Cellular updates several times a day even when I shut it off in the background. I will get the error message that the cellular update failed and I cannot receive or make calls. However, my phone is running off of 15.0.2 iOS even though it’s still trying to do the update. Once in a while I can pour stop it and power it back on and get service for a very short time. When the services on, I am manually shut all of the automatic updates but it somehow still tries to make that update. I also checked The status of the update when it’s working and it says no updates needed at this time. But my phone still won’t go back to no service in the upper left-hand corner so I’m getting no cellular data and I don’t know why or how to fix it? Can anyone help?
