Apple Watch 7 stuck on 24 hour time

Out of the blue watch started showing 24 hour time. Have gone through the protocols of checking Time in Watch app (24 hour time was already toggled off), toggling time on and off, shutting watch down and turning on again, turning iphone off (time ok on it) and then turning watch off ...then turning iphone on and turning watch on. Nothing is working. Really would appreciate help with this. Thanks.

Checking your settings and restarting your devices was a great first step to try. The next best step would be to update both devices if they aren't running the most current software versions available for them.
