Apple cash account is locked

Hey guys, i just got my license and i’m trying to re connect my apple cash account now that i also have a new debit card. Does anyone know how i can completely reset because when i was younger i didnt put my true age lol.

Account locked Apple Cash account is locked, any idea how to unlock it? Talked to customer support and green dot bank. They said they can’t do anything, but there’s gotta be a way...
