Apple Cash account is locked, any idea how to unlock it? Talked to customer support and green dot bank. They said they can’t do anything, but there’s gotta be a way...

Thanks for replying, I guess it’s for fraudulent protection and there’s a 3 business day period where they review the case...but should be a better method whereas in my case, I have funds locked and might not be available till Wednesday the 3rd. I bank with Bank of America and they have a direct number that calls you or you may call whenever that situation occurs...still locked
Apple has to open a case with GreenDot. 3 days is a short amount of time for two businesses to communicate about a case. If you violated the terms of Apple Cash they could decide to lock it forever. Your answer is not helpful, I have the same problem and I tried to contact the not helpful support team. They told me I have to wait 3 days for my money. I swear after this I am DONE with apple!
