It appears that the Data Recovery process had failed due to corrupt or damaged data. Do you have a backup file that you can restore that iPone from? If YES, then you can ➔ Restore your iPhone from a backup file.
If you do not have a backup file created, then you can ➔ Restore your iPhone to Factory Settings and setup as a new iPhone.
