I can't hear from the ear receiver, the only way to hear calls is using speaker or headphones.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

Did you ever get help with this. My rose gold iPhone 11pro has the same issues. My husband has a black one and his does not have this problem
