Overheating on my MacBook Pro

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could give some advice on running games on my 2019 MacBook Pro 16" as I've just started playing League of Legends but am concerned that the temperature is too hot for the internals of my computer as I have seen the cpu temp reach over 90 degrees celsius and the bar above the touch panel can get to hot to touch after just 20 mins. This is the only game I'm planning on running and it is also on the bootcamp side of my laptop, can anyone tell me if this intense heat will ruin my laptop or slow it down in anyway for the long run?
