Multiple vaccination records

I have 3 kids plus myself all vaccinated. I went through the Walmart site and easily added my card then added two of the three kids. When I add the 3rd kid (4th vaccination card) it says it's already been added.

When I look in the wallet or health app, I see nothing for my 3rd kid.

Any thoughts?

Family vaccine cards I would like to store my children’s vaccination cards in Apple wallet but since they are twins and had the vaccines at the same time, Wallet thinks it’s a duplicate record and will only store one. Is there a fix for this?

unable to add my second child vaccination card to apple wallet Im unable to add my second minor child to apple wallet. i can add one of my children with no issues. but i cannot add my second child. they were both immunized on the same days.
