Error windows photos app

I have an iPhone 8, and when i try to transfer my photos and videos over to my pc with the Windows 10 photos app it keeps on giving me an error. It works for couple of photos but after that it stops. I have tried changing my photo settings on my iPhone, still didn't work. I have even tried the devicemanager methode via Windows but it still didn't change anything.

Can someone help me?
