there’s a part in the screen brighter than others anyone could help , Is it a hardware or software thing?

Unfortunately, this is a hardware issue and your Mac needs to be serviced by Apple. Get started by finding a nearby Apple Store, Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple, then schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar: Get Support.
If there is not an Apple Store near you, then see if an Apple Authorized Service Provider is: Get Support.

What happens when you change the background to White? Do you still get this error?
