How can I contest a repair?
I sent my son's iPad in for repair under Applecare+.
- Email stated I was not going to be charged until after the repair. NOT true. I was charged right away...no big deal but worth mentioning.
- The iPad frame is clearly bent. There is a huge gap between the screen and back frame. However, the screen has not cracked and everything still works, for now. Send it in for repair, by mail. Apple said they found no issue.
- How can I contest this decision? There is no option online. Do I need to call the 1800 number?
