The tip broke off my 2nd gen Apple pencil. I bought replacement tips and tried to replace the broken one. Come to find out, the first tip actually broke off inside the pencil. Is it possible to have that repaired or am I just looking at a new pencil?

Pencils cannot be repaired.
Pencils are completely sealed up/glued up devices that cannot be repaired.
ANY such repair will end up completely destroying the Pencil
Pencils have ZERO repairability.
If your Pencil is still under its free, one-year warranty, Apple should just give you another free Pencil.
If your Pencil is out of warranty, then you will need to purchase another new Pencil.

If you have damaged the fragile metal transducer, located beneath the replaceable plastic tip, then the Pencil has been irreparably damaged. In this situation your Pencil will require total replacement.
You will need to check with Apple, but I do not believe they repair them - it will need to be replaced.
The replaceable tip itself broke off inside the pencil. Part of it came out and part of it is still inside. Because of that, I can't replace the tip and I don't know if Apple can get the broken part out without destroying the pencil.
That's my fear. lol
