I have forgotten my admin password on my Apple MacBook Air 13. I can’t open it. The utility menu is not showing up. I can’t connect to the internet. I don’t know how to unlock. Been trying and it doesn’t give me, options reset my password

Okay, I see the steps, sadly I’m not connected to any internet and I didn’t download the MacOs, because it’s new and I had to switch it off.
Thank you Jack, it actually worked. Managed to change the password.
