How I get to App Store? iPhone 10 had it but can’t find on 13.

Do you have the App Store disabled in Screen Time / Parental Controls? The App Store cannot be removed, but it can be hidden, and it can be lost and adrift in the app library. If it’s missing, that’s usually caused by the Settings > Screen Time > Contents & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > disable. Set that to enable.

Try Adding it Back:

1. Go Here: Add widgets on iPhone - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Add a widget to your Home Screen
3. Proceed from there as necessary
