I understand that you want to change the address for your Apple Card. Note that you can change the Billing Address by Opening the Wallet app ➔ Tap on the Apple Card ➔ Tap on the … (Three Dots) at Top Right ➔ Billing Address ➔ Update Billing Address: Here you can update your Billing Address.
You can change the Shipping Address in the Settings app. Here is how:
Open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Payment & Shipping ➔ Edit: Change the Shipping Address.
