I have a 4th gen iPad Air with iOS 15.2. Sometime in the past couple of months my autofill stopped working. Every now & then it will pop up an email address or credit card prompt, but rarely. Passwords usually work, thank heavens. I’ve googled, searched reddit, turned things on/off, cleared Safari cache and done a forced restart. Can anyone please help me? Issue is only on my iPad; my iPhone is fine.

Does this happen in a Private Browsing window? When you're using a Private Browsing window, the details of your browsing aren't saved. Autofill also won't work correctly so this might be the issue. Check out Turn Private Browsing on or off on your iPhone or iPod touch and If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync for further details.

Correct, my personal contact info is not being autofilled. Occasionally I’ll get to enter just my first name, or just my email address, or just my street address, but it doesn’t ever allow me to fill a complete form. The bar at the bottom simply stops popping up. My keychain works for passwords. The whole system, including the contact card, works on my phone and used to work on my iPad. I have apples’s magic keyboard, in case that detail matters.
I would truly love to go back to basic Apple successes.
Not in private browsing. Keychain with passwords is working fine. I have tried all visible apple help steps. I believe it’s either an iOS bug or I need something like a p-list fix that we’d do if it wasn’t iOS.
