Apple Trade-In

I signed up for a trade-in. I just got my new macbook on mail, but now I’m not sure how to prepare for the trade-in. My old macbook will be picked up less than a week. I see no trade-in kit; box, invoice, etc. Anyone who has done picked-up trade-in, how did you pack your old device?
