When my device is locked and I receive a call I can't send a message back.
I can only answer by sliding the green icon and putting a reminder.
Even after I open the device.
Can it show me the message icon when I receive a call when my device is locked?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're not presented with the options you'd like for calls received on Lock Screen. If you would, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode, check your settings under section: Allow Access When Locked. Make sure that "Reply with Message" and "Return Missed Calls" are both enabled. This should correct the options you're presented with on Lock Screen.
