I made a voicemail when I was younger and I’m trying to change it. When I go onto voicemail and press greeting to change it, I record a new voicemail, press save but I still doesn’t change. Is there a way to reset a voicemail completely?

how to find out who my carrier is?
Go to -> Settings -> Mobile network -> scroll to Network selection you can see who your carrier is.
If you have found who your carrier is, you can do a Google search how to turn your voicemail off and on.
An example from my carrier:
Call 12330 (free) to turn Off my voicemail.
Call 12331 (free) to turn On my voicemail.

Try this: turn voicemail Off, wait xx minutes, then turn voicemail On again.
Or contact your carrier.
