I recently got a new iPhone 12 Pro and restored it from an iCloud Backup, however none of my open Safari tabs transferred. Is there any way for me to get those back? I had around 420 tabs open and I would love to get them back.

We understand that you're missing your open Safari tabs after a transfer. This information is not something that'd be transferred. Safari favorites will, like bookmarks, but standard tabs will not. However, you can make use of iCloud Tabs to synchronize tabs between your iPhones if the one one is still active.
