Hi Habibubd,

Got it! To confirm the issue, there is no sound at times requiring you to restart the iPhone to get it working again.

For issues with sound, then we'd try steps in: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Should it persist, try (For an iPhone 7 or later):

  1. Make sure the ring/silent switch is set to ring.
  2. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual
  3. Slide the audio volume balance slider all the way to the right side and listen.
  4. Slide the audio volume balance slider all the way to the left side and listen.
  5. Slide the audio volume balance slider back to the middle.

If both sides worked, let us know.

If you have issues hearing the sound on either side, then we'd recommend bringing in the iPhone for an inspection: iPhone Repair and Service

Get prepared for your visit: Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service

Select your region and search nearby for locations: Find Locations

Due to the current conditions around the world, some stores may have limited hours or appointment times. They also may require specific things to visit them (Such as, scheduling an appointment, wearing a mask, calling to check-in, etc.).

Hoping to hear how it goes, cheers.

Welcome Habibubd,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've had some issues with your iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 15.2. We'll do our best to assist.

If you are referring to an issue with the iPhone storage, then you may need to create some additional free space on the iPhone itself. This is different from iCloud storage, see: What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage?

To manage your iPhone storage, check out tips here: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

In case you're experiencing another issue with the iPhone 12 Pro, please explain further what's happening and we'll do our best to help out.

Wishing you well, take care.
