MacBook Pro keyboard keys paint wearing off and fading (A, S, E and D)
The black paint on four keys of my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) have been wearing off since the first few months of purchase. I see that others have also reported the same problem. It is with the same "A" and "S" keys in the other cases. It must be a manufactured defect because other keys that are more frequently used, show no wear. The letters E and T are the most used in English according to Samuel Morse, who developed the Mose Code of dots and dashes, with I, N, and O following in frequency, yet they are not affected. Also, my line of work does not require much typing as other people send lots of email and type fast. I do not. Most of my work is CAD and mouse clicking work. The computer is only two years old. I have been a long time Mac user and never encountered this before; not even after five years. This problem began within two months of use. It was not a big deal then, but now it much worse and reveals a defect in manufacturing. How common is this problem?
