Thanks for your suggestion Katana san. Actually, after I cross checked my apple account and confirmed that is not my purchase I've abruptly blocked my credit card and sent email to the bank. However, the response call takes time so reason I am here seeking for a quick solution to get refunded by the bank and cancel/block that purchase order of the fraudster by the Apple.
