Regarding Notes going blank

I saw a question from early 2020 regarding this issue and looks like it has not been resolved. I have notes that are saved on my iPhone and also on cloud. Every so often when I go to my notes on my phone, and select a specific note, the information in the notes will appear blank. I have to usually close the background app and then reopen notes and it will work. I shouldn’t have to go through that process. Why are my notes showing up blank. I have upgraded to the most recent software and still having the issue. Please advise.
