6 months in and Airpod pros freeze the audio and disconnect. I have tired every known suggestion.

Is there a fix for Airpod pros that freeze the audio on Iphone and then disconnect? I have tried all suggestions found on the internet.

AirPod My phone starts freezing when I connect my AirPods Pro. I can’t hear music or anything. Once I disconnect them every thing works fine.
