My password begins with a lower case letter; scribble insists on capitalizing it; I've read that turning the digital crown will change the case, but that doesn't seem to be working. Help?

I called about this issue and they told me that when the watch asked for my password to look on my phone to see if it showed an option to use the iphone keyboard. It did show that option which I selected and entered my password on the phone.
