Are Apple IDs case letter sensitive?
For example if my ID singled in as EXAMPLE1
in 1 app and .
example1
in another app.
are these the same IDs
or different IDs?

The IDs are not case sensitive (I just tried) so fred@icloud.com and FRED@icloud.com are the same thing. However you can expect passwords to be case-sensitive.
