Viber does not ring incoming on MacBook Pro

It was working fine when I bought my M1 Macbook Pro, the viber rang calls for months but recently it's been couple of months, maybe the OS update, my viber calls are not rining while its opened in the background like they were supposed to. I am missing work calls, personal/important calls. Please help!
