Screen time password

I am trying to change or turn off my screen time password but every time I enter my Apple ID to change it, it doesn’t work. I put my Apple ID in and the it says it’s incorrect. Even though it is the right Apple ID.

apple id doesnt work whenever I enter my apple id and password for the screen time (because I forgot the password) it says what i imputed was correct but doesnt let me change screen time, just adds to my failed attempts

It’s happening to me too! This is so annoying, and even Apple support doesn’t seem to know how to solve this problem.
