I am very old-school. My car GPS will always be a stand-alone unit that can be used outside the vehicle, and any outdoor activity with a GPS will be a standalone unit that used Garmin-mapping. They make several small units that have full-map coverage of Europe and handlebar mounts.
Sorry about that "North America". But Garmin does have those maps too.
looks like cycling is only available in very limited markets. There is nothing you can do but wait until it is available in your area.
