Can specific note be made into a widget?

as far as I can tell, no.. you can only add a notes widget and it'll display a list of your most recent notes. You'd then use that to quickly launch into the note you want to edit.

If there are certain ones you always want shown in the list, you could create a new folder for those notes, then point the widget to that new folder.
