Google Earth Pro

After one of the latest Apple updates this program will not load at all and crashes. It crashes still if I go to Google and try to load it from there. I have a mini-mac with macOS Catalina version 10.15.7. I have tried some of the fixes on other Apple devices but they do not work on this Mac.

The Settings fix seems to be only for Apple discussions and does not add up to what others have tried.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times now but cannot get Google Earth Pro to load. Some fixes require the program to open before you can go into settings...not gonna work here. Maybe I have to unfix Apples latest update and go back a few versions if that is possible.

If you try all these steps and still have issues, you can further isolate potential causes for this behavior and see if this continues to be an issue when you restart your Mac in safe mode:

If you're able to launch this app without issue in safe mode, the next step would be to rule out incompatible login items:

Remove login items to resolve startup problems on your Mac

Also, testing in another user account can help determine if this may be user or account related settings causing this issue. Here's how you can create a new user for testing:

Those answers were typical canned replies which did absolutely nothing. I am not the only person to have experienced this same exact problem. This occurred right after a security update by Apple. Whatever was in this update is what is causing the problem. I will contact Apple directly to see if I can uninstall this latest security update.

Google Earth Pro will not load and crashes within 3 seconds. I have not changed anything on my Mac...it's one day Google Earth Pro worked perfectly and the next day it crashes.
