Apple Watch beeping nonstop

My watch randomly started beeping non stop. No alarms were on, and I did not use find my. Nothing was showing on my watch screen or phone screen. To stop the loud beep I had to turn off my watch. Anyone know what this was? Also I was in a meeting at the time… now i’m
