Apple Watch - how to stop beeps when starting an activity?

Hi,

When I start a workout my Apple Watch starts counting down 3,2,1 and beeping. It's OK for a run but annoying for some activities such as Yoga. How do you stop it?

Apple Watch still rings/dings in silent mode. I'm raising this again because even though it's been mentioned several times over the years, it appears to still be an issue. Tap on the screen when the countdown starts.
