Can I trade in an upgraded iPhone 13 to an iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I recently upgraded my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 for more storage. I received the full rebate for my phone due to it being in mint condition. I wanted an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it wasn’t available within a 60 mile radius on location. If I order the iPhone Pro Max in the GB size I require, can I return/“trade in” my brand new iPhone 13? I am stationed overseas, and only have 1 week to make this transaction occur inside the USA.
